2. Products & Shipping

Digital products (Profiles/ Headrest) are delivered instantly via email.

Physical products (Headrest, Badges, BusinessCards) are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS. We currently ship to USA addresses only.

3. Refund Policy

Physical Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns for \change of mind.\

Digital Goods: Once the digital profile has been activated and used, no refunds can be issued.

4. Subscription Services

If you opt for a VIP Membership (Monthly Subscription), you may cancel at any time. Features associated with the VIP plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

Driver Connect provides marketing tools for drivers and professionals. We are not responsible for your personal earnings, ratings, or employment status with third-party platforms (Uber, Lyft, etc.).
