To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an Account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Profiled offers subscription plans with monthly or annual billing cycles. All subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
